We are a small custom meat processing plant. Licensed by the State of Wisconsin. Beef, pigs, sheep and goats are mainly the animals we do.
In addition to the cutting and wrapping of those animals we do our own sausage. Bacon, hams, and fresh breakfast sausage or bratwurst are all done on-site. Summer sausage, snack sticks, ring bologna, brats, jerky, smoked wieners and dried venison are other products we can make for you.
